→ Optional: a friend (ideally end-game) to help you kill monsters
→ A class with AoE skills (a good farming class)
[ 1 ] Complete the Tutorial
[ 2 ] Complete the Chaos Saga FIRST
and work through each Chaos Lord in order.
Every AQW player needs some kind of boosting weapon. Get this one
→ Arcane Blade of Glory · +20% XP when equipped
Helps A LOT in your early levels.
See: 📖 Arcane Blade of Glory
You can get these at ANY point of the game, so grab them early.
/join chchallenge (or the button in Class Hall)→ Master Trainer · +25% Gold / XP / Rep / CP
→ Master Trainer's Helm · +10% damage to all monsters
→ Master Trainer's Helm + Locks · +10% damage to all monsters
→ Master Trainer's Sword · +30% damage to all monsters
→ Master Trainer's Minion (Legend) · +30% damage to Dragon,
Human, Undead, Chaos and Elemental monsters
→ GrandMaster Trainer (Legend)
💡Drops are random, so keep turning in until you have the
pieces you want. The 40k XP per run helps you level too.
→ % to ALL monsters · works against ANY monster, tagged or not
→ % to a RACE · only works on monsters with that tag
(e.g. Undead, Dragonkin, Human...)
✅ A % ALL boost CAN be combined with a % race boost.
⚠️The game only counts 2 boost items at once: the LAST item you
put on, plus the one you put on right before it.
[ 1 ] Put on Master Trainer's Helm (+10% ALL)
[ 2 ] Put on Master Trainer's Sword (+30% ALL)
[ 3 ] Put on Master Trainer's Minion (+30% race)
→ The Helm no longer counts. You get +30% to ALL monsters
AND +30% to Dragon, Human, Undead, Chaos and Elemental.
💡Sword + Minion is the strongest Master Trainer combo. It's
best against race-tagged monsters (like Undead or Dragonkin),
and the Sword's 30% ALL still works on everything else.
Level 255 · 600,000 HP · 5 stars
→ Cannot be stunned
→ Most damage dealt to it is heavily reduced
→ 25% dodge chance · 200% hit chance
→ Auto Attack 603–737 True Damage · hits up to 10 targets
Heals the Golem a little for every target hit
→ Curse of Blades 603–737 Physical · every 6s · up to 4 targets
For 7s your CRITS heal the Golem instead of
hurting it, and your crit heals damage YOU
→ Brutal Strike 115% of your HP · every 30s · up to 10 targets
You survive it, but get Maladaptive:
+10% mana cost for 45s (stacks up to 5)
→ Evasion 201–246 Magical · every 45s
Golem gets +50% dodge and +200% hit for 20s
→ Use any solo DPS class, OR get an end-game friend to help you
→ Avoid crit-heavy classes: Curse of Blades turns crits against you
→ Watch your mana: Maladaptive stacks make skills cost more
💡Every win gives you Rounds Won for the quest above.
/join underlair/join icestormarena/join icestormarena/join icestormarenaFarm 📖 Warlord Icewing (see below)
You want a class with MULTI-HITS. That lets others jump in and
help you farm the mobs in /underlair. If you have an end-game
friend they can carry you, but you still need a solid solo class.
→ Vampire Lord (seasonal: Mogloween)
See: 📖 Vampire Lord
→ Blaze Binder (needs Pyromancer first, then upgrade)
See: 📖 Pyromancer
→ Shaman
See: 📖 Shaman
→ Eternal Inversionist
See: 📖 Eternal Inversionist
→ ShadowScythe General
See: 📖 ShadowScythe General
There aren't many great solo classes this early. Honestly, just
grind it out slowly with Mage or Healer. It doesn't matter much,
because you'll be replacing it almost immediately with:
→ Blood Sorceress → upgrades into Scarlet Sorceress
Get it: /join towerofmirrors · kill Scarletta
See: 📖 Scarlet Sorceress
and a strong multi-hit AoE farmer
⚖️ Very average in every other part of the game
💡Multi-hit, so it ranks up quickly
The fastest way to rank a class is a map with lots of mobs:
→ /join streamwar
→ /join icestormarena
→ /join icestormunder (Level 75+ only)
Some great classes are only available during seasonal events,
so grab them every time the event comes around.
→ Mogloween → Vampire Lord
See: 📖 Vampire Lord
→ Frostval → Frostval Barbarian
See: 📖 Frostval Barbarian
/join icewing (locked zone · Level 75+ · room limit 7)As you go along in the game, work on getting EVERY reputation to
Rank 10. Most of them are needed for grinds, farms or questlines
later on.

If you ever buy membership (or an AC package worth $10 USD or more),
you can claim a FREE bonus package in Account Management.
Some of them are really useful.
→ Hollowborn ShadowRaptor Bonus Package
Gives you a bank pet (Hollowborn Trainer's Companion Bank)
https://aqwwiki.wikidot.com/hollowborn-shadowraptor
→ Infinity Titan Bonus Package
Gives you the Infinity Titan class, a copy of StoneCrusher
(same skill set)

At some point in the mid-game levels, get these two. Blade first,
then go straight for the Cape.
→ +10% damage to Chaos, Dragon, Elemental, Human and Undead
→ Unlocks the Awe enhancements shop
→ Needs Rank 6 Blade of Awe rep (Valencia's quests at /join museum)
→ +25% Rep, Gold, XP and Class Points when equipped
→ Merged from a Cape Relic (Binky at /join doomvault)
⚠️Binky is tough: bring a group.
→ +30% damage to all monsters when equipped
→ Needed for the LightCaster Class quest
→ 20× Champion Sash (Aranx @ /join celestialarena)
+ 3× Gold Voucher 500k
→ Dual version available too (8-year accounts only)

At Level 85+ you're ready to start farming for end-game content.
💡Wath's take (yes, me, the guy writing this, talking to you,
the reader): don't consider end-game content until Level 95+,
because you'll want proper enhancements on your gear first.
Not obligatory, just my advice.
You need ALL four to even be considered a mid-game player. Each
one works in its base form for Ultra fights, which give access to
most, if not all, of the game's end-game rewards.
→ ArchPaladin
See: 📖 ArchPaladin
→ Lord of Order
See: 📖 Lord of Order
→ StoneCrusher
See: 📖 StoneCrusher
→ Legion Revenant
See: 📖 Legion Revenant
→ Exalted Apotheosis + Dual
The easiest 51% weapon to get, but also the most boring:
it's time-locked. Log in every day and do 3 bosses for 4 weeks.
See: 📖 Exalted Apotheosis + Dual
Got all the classes above? Reach Level 100 if you haven't already.
NOW you're ready to farm what's important...
FORGE enhancements. *cackles like an evil scientist*
(Professor Doofenshmirtz? Perry the Platypus?)
These are incredibly cancer-inducing to get (joke, ofc), but
only the Forge weapons. Follow the guides and it's really easy.
→ Weapons → FORGE / WEAPON
→ Helmets → FORGE / HELMET
→ Capes → FORGE / CAPE
Most mid-game and end-game content is LOCKED behind finishing
earlier maps, so story progress matters as much as your level.
→ Book of Lore: shows how many adventures you've completed
(goal: e.g. "You have completed 56 of 56 adventures!")
→ Map → "Story" tab: every saga, its quest count
(e.g. Prologue 3/3) and its recommended level range
💡Bored of Icewing? Swap to questlines between runs.
⏳ Seasonal questlines (like Frostval) only open during their event.
Skip them until then, but don't forget to come back for them.
⚠️Recommendation: complete ALL of these before worrying
about anything else.
